The Journal of Computer and Knowledge Engineering, established by the Department of Computer Engineering at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, publishes materials in online formats. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Authors can upload their submissions in PDF or DOC format via the journal’s website. Accepted articles are formatted according to the journal's standards and undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

The journal maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy, ensuring all submissions adhere to intellectual property rights. Until its own plagiarism guidelines are finalized, the journal follows the "ACM Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism." Additionally, as a member of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the journal complies with regulations aimed at preventing and addressing scientific misconduct.
